ניתן לבקש מחיקה של מידע שהתקבל באמצעות Meta Platform ושמשויך למשתמש, לחשבון העסקי או לחיבור שבוצע מול מערכות TERA MARKET.
המידע עשוי לכלול, בהתאם להרשאות שניתנו:
מזהי משתמש או חשבון Meta
מידע על חשבונות פרסום ונכסים עסקיים
נתוני קמפיינים, מודעות ו־Ad Sets
נתוני ביצועים וסטטיסטיקות פרסום
Access Tokens או פרטי הרשאה שנשמרו לצורך החיבור
מידע טכני הקשור לחיבור בין המערכת לבין Meta

מומלץ לצרף את כתובת האימייל המשויכת לחשבון הרלוונטי וכל מידע נוסף שיסייע לנו לזהות את החיבור שממנו מבוקשת מחיקת הנתונים.
לאחר אימות הבקשה, נמחק את המידע הרלוונטי ממערכותינו, למעט מידע שאנו נדרשים לשמור על פי דין או לצורך הגנה על זכויות משפטיות.
מחיקת נתונים עשויה גם לגרום להפסקת החיבור בין המערכת לבין חשבון Meta הרלוונטי.
Data Deletion Instructions
TERA MARKET respects user privacy and allows users to request deletion of data received or stored through integrations with Meta services, including Facebook, Meta Business and the Marketing API.
What data can be deleted?
You may request deletion of Meta Platform Data associated with your user account, business account or connection to TERA MARKET systems.
Depending on the permissions granted, this data may include:
Meta user or account identifiers
Advertising account and business asset information
Campaign, Ad Set and advertisement data
Advertising performance and reporting data
Access tokens or authorization information stored for the integration
Technical information related to the connection between our systems and Meta
How to request data deletion

Please include the email address associated with the relevant account and any additional information that may help us identify the Meta connection related to your request.
After verifying the request, we will delete the relevant data from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law or necessary for legitimate legal purposes.
Deleting the data may also disconnect the relevant Meta account from our systems.
